Joseph J. Humke became Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in July 2021. Before joining Graco, from 2001 to June 2021, he was an equity partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups at Ballard Spahr LLP and Lindquist & Vennum LLP (which combined in January 2018). Mr. Humke also serves as a director of SkyWater Technology, Inc.
