Managements Report on Internal Control Over Financial Reporting
Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining adequate internal control over financial reporting. The internal control system was designed to
provide reasonable assurance to management and the board of directors regarding the reliability of financial reporting and preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Management assessed the effectiveness of the Companys internal control over financial reporting as of December 26, 2014. In making this assessment,
management used the criteria set forth by the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) in Internal Control-Integrated Framework (2013).
Based on our assessment and those criteria, management believes the Companys internal control over financial reporting is effective as of
December 26, 2014.
The Companys independent auditors have issued an attestation report on the Companys internal control over financial
reporting. That report appears in this Form 10-K.
